Established in 1948 in New York, Tart optical was originally a family business, seen as a legend in the eyewear industry. Later on, Richard Tart, Mr.Julius' nephew associated with Tommy O'Gara to re-launched Julius Tart Optical known for its original and timeless frames. In the past and today, Julius Tart frames have been iconic and are desired by many celebrities.
